From Philadelphia

Take Rt 95 north out of Philadelphia. Take the Newtown/Yardley PA exit and bear left at the fork. Head W on 332. Turns into Newtown By-pass / Rt 413. Continue to follow signs for 413 N for approx 9 miles. Turn right at intersection of Rts 263 and 413. Follow Rt 202 North. Buckingham Green will be on your left less than 1/2 mile from the intersection of Rts 202, 263, and 413.

From Northern PA

Take the PA turnpike South towards Philadelphia. Take the PA 663 N exit toward Quakertown. Turn left onto PA 663. PA 663 becomes Rt 313. Follow for approx. 16 miles. Turn left onto Rt 202 heading N. and continue following signs for Rt 202 N. about 4 miles to Buckingham Green Shopping Center.

From Western PA

Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to the Willow Grove/Route 611 exit. Follow Route 611 North to Doylestown and follow the signs for Route 202 North. Stay on Route 202 North to Buckingham Green, which will be on your left, less than 1/2 mile past the intersection of Rts 202, 263, and 413.

From Northern New Jersey

Take Rt 287 to Route 202 South. Take 202 South through Somerville and Flemington, and through the PA Toll Bridge. Continue on 202 South approximately 5 miles to Buckingham Green, on the right.

From Southern New Jersey

Take Rt 295 North towards PA. Exit at Rt 29 and follow 29 North to Lambertville. Take a left at the light in Lambertville, cross the bridge to New Hope and continue on Bridge Street to intersection with Rt. 202. Take a left and follow Route 202 South approximately 5 miles to Buckingham Green, on the right.
